Melbourne Kids Yoga combines all the benefits of traditional yoga with just a hint of silliness and a lot of fun!
Melbourne Kids Yoga classes focus on supporting children's gross motor development, increasing their ability to focus and concentrate in addition to teaching them how to use breathing exercises to control their emotions and relax.
Classes include conscious breathing, traditional and modified yoga poses, play (exploring poses through games, stories, music etc), relaxation and visualisation.
Melbourne Kids Yoga classes will put a smile on their faces, a spring in their step, care in their hearts and strength in their minds!
