Mayfield (Abbotsford)
Mayfield Street is a creative community space that is set in a mid-century warehouse and is driven by a desire for community connection, creative expression, and an open and honest traffic of ideas.
Our warehouse is big (but no too big) airy and full of light. It opens to the street and includes a gorgeous creative area, a small shop full of makers wares, a large ceramics studio and a private wood working studio and great music and public domain films all day long.
We also run a gallery 90 seconds away above a wine bar on Victoria Street where we hold exhibitions with accompanying performances.
We run adult Clay Soiree's during the week and on the weekends, Children's clay and wood working classes after school, and we offer studio space for people who need time out or a creative outlet throughout the day. We have a nice art book library for some inspiration while you're with us and a free street library with books for you to take home.

Classes are Clay Soiree - Try the Wheel, Clay soiree - Paint a Platter and Clay Soiree - try both!
Kids
Ceramics, Wood work, Sewing, Drawing .... No pressure or expectation just some good old fashioned fun that will support your child's imagination, develop their abstract thinking, and give them a chance to unwind from this crazy world we live in. (It's amazing what they will come up with given the chance.)
