Marnoo Community Swimming Pool

A community pool attached to the Marnoo Primary School.

The Marnoo Pool has been used after hours by the community since 1981 under a 50 year agreement following community contribution to the cost of construction.

The pool is available for community use over the summer period.

The locals volunteer all their time to keep the water quality high, toilets cleaned, lawns mowed and the pool well maintained.

Small square 0.3m deep toddler pool which is partially covered by a shade sail. Also a 30m main pool which is 0.7m deep. There is a roof covering bench seats for shade. Congratulations to the local community for maintaining this resource. If you want to know about the history of the merino and feel like a swim, Marnoo may just be the place for you.
