Manningham Art Gallery (Doncaster)

Manningham Gallery is the City of Manningham's major contemporary art venue. Its main focus is the contemporary exhibition program which encompasses a broad range of visual arts practices including painting, sculpture, ceramics, printmaking, drawing, photography, installation and multi-media artworks.

The Gallery is located at the front of the Council Offices in Doncaster.

There are two impressive colourful sculptures, Water Creature and Big Cat, by Deborah Halpern on the plaza outside the gallery.

The gallery has two decent sized rooms on the ground floor for exhibitions. When we last visited there was an exhibition "Grounded in Truth" to commemorate National Reconciliation Week.

Near the gallery is a cafe serving simple meals and drinks.
