Malone Park Playground, Malone Park Road, Marong
A slightly weird playground, at any moment I expect Edward Scissorhands to appear. The playground has a tiny four hole golf could but who is going to bring golf clubs and balls to a playground except for Tiger Woods?
The main structure has a spiral slide, curved slide, fireman's pole, rope bridge, disks on a vertical pole, steps, monkey rungs, walkways, steering wheel and clanger to hit against pipes. There is a birds nest swing which was missing the basket when we visited, half dome metal climbing frame, a tunnel next to the golf course and a cute little rocker for three small kids with lovely duck motifs.
Shelter with two tables and BBQ, water tap, two unshaded tables and a chisel plough for some farming history. Toilets and next to the Marong pool.
