Macleay Park Playground, Belmore Road, Balwyn North
The playground has been upgraded and now has a good variety of equipment for different ages. There is a long flying fox with disk seat and huge pyramid rope climbing frame for the older kids. For the young kids there is a little cubby with shop front, abacus and clanger to hit against pipes.
For everyone (young and old) there is a wooden structure with two wave slides, rope traverse, monkey rungs, rope bridge, unusual ladders, vertical square rope climbing frame, inclined walkway, clock, steering wheel and steps. Also a train and fish springer, four standard swings, birds nest swing and horizontal bars.
Shaded tables, shaded and unshaded seats, BBQ, water tap and huge grassy area.
