Lorne Beach
Lorne Main Beach is patrolled during the summer months and is an ideal place to let the kids run free within the protection of the bays' cove. The sheltered two-kilometre beach is safer than most, as Point Grey affords the shoreline considerable protection.
Beside the beach are lawns, gum trees and picnic and barbecue facilities.
The beach area is accessible for those with disabilities and has BBQs, bicycle paths, change rooms, showers, picnic tables, toilets, playground,
skate park, grassed sports area, Lorne Sea Baths and walking trails.
