A huge rectangular grassy area (330m x 120m) which has a pavilion, toilets, shelter with tables and BBQs, bins, seats and water tap with bowl on the north side.
All of the reserve is off-leash. However, dogs should be on-leash within 20m of the picnic shelter and BBQ facilities.
The reserve has three unfenced sporting ovals, cricket nets and a walking path around the reserve. Plenty of tables, seats and bins around the outside. There is also a water tap with bowl in the north west corner. There are a few trees around the outside to provide some shade. The Carnegie Swim Centre is east of the reserve.
Lord Reserve is home to Carnegie Cricket Club, Carnegie South Cricket Club, Monash Gryphons Cricket Club, Glen Eira Football (soccer) Club, Caulfield Cougars Soccer Club and Glen Eira Junior Soccer Club.
