Lionheart Academy is a mixed martial arts school that prides itself on providing an elite level of training in many disciplines of the martial arts.
Training with Lion Heart Academy is excellent for fitness, self-defence, confidence, discipline, competition and also having fun! Lionheart offers training in Karate, Judo, BJJ, Aikido, Iaido, Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kobudo.
Our head instructors are both champions in their respective arts and draw upon years of experience in order to teach techniques that are effective in real-life situations. Lionheart Academy has been operating since 1985!
Classes are available 7 days a week for all ages and experience levels, and are suitable and applicable for both men and women, so come along and get involved!
"Little Fists" - Kids Training Program. Little Fists is a fun and challenging martial arts program focusing on character development, physical fitness and practical self-defence. Lessons provide children with exercise, discipline, self respect, respect for others, self control and physical skills they can use their entire lives. Our instructors are good role models with lots of energy and plenty of experience plus the classes are held in a safe, happy and encouraging environment, where the emphasis is on 'having a go' rather than the focus of success or failure that is found in most sports.
