City of Melbourne Libraries provides programs for children and young people including sessions for babies and toddlers, pre-schooler storytimes, school holiday programs, homework and after school clubs.

Songbirds
Songs, rhymes and stories will engage your budding bookworm's mind and introduce them to the fun and rhythm of language. For babies and toddlers up to 3 years.
