Leongatha North - Hammans Bush Reserve
Located just north of Leongatha, Hammans Bush Reserve lets visitors experience a living relic of the once vast, dense and almost impenetrable forest which once spread across the region.
Walking tracks and benches are scattered throughout the reserve within the depths of the wild forest.
The reserve is comprised of dense bush and can be quite wild and rugged in places. Caution is recommended particularly during snake season.
Distance: The walk is 1.25km in length and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.
Terrain: Dirt surface and brush to be navigated.
Access for Dogs:
Dogs are allowed on this track while on-leash.
