Landcox Park Playground, Mavis Avenue, Brighton East
Fairly basic playground. The main structure has a spiral slide, inclined climber, ladders, small straight slide, walkway, flying fox and monkey bars. Also four swings, springers, see-saw and a wooden cubby house with table inside, slide and steps. Table and seats without shade. A small part of the playground is covered in shade.
Large park area with plenty of room to play. Drinking fountain and toilets. There is a fairly unattractive lake nearby with lots of reeds around the banks. There are ducks around but enticing them towards your offerings of bread is another matter. I would suggest that you cover all possibilities and bring fresh bread. In the event that the ducks do not appear then at least you have something fresh to eat.
