Kings Park Playground, Willow Road, Upper Ferntree Gully
Set in quite a secluded spot with a wooden structure with dual wave slides, single wave slide, shop front, steps leading up to a rope net walkway and toddler climbing wall. There are also swings and a balance beam.
There is a huge sandpit next to the playground - on second thoughts, that is a long jump pit. Stay clear of there if you want to avoid getting spiked.
There is a table, seat and water tap.
At the time that we visited a homeless person was living in the area and some visitors to the playground found it a confronting experience.
