Keilor Park Recreation Reserve Ninja Warrior Course (Keilor Park)



There is a Ninja Warrior obstacle course at the the Keilor Park Recreation Reserve playground.
The elements of the warrior course are:
Quin Steps

Starting from the first step, jump across the rest to reach the mound at the end. You can stop on each grabbing the hand hold or try and bounce from one to the next.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the first step and the mound.
The Plank

Make your way from one end of the swinging plank to the other. You can walk, crawl or slide.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
Downward Cargo Net

Climb across the angled net to reach the next obstacle.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
Cliffhanger

Climb across the uneven bars from one end to the other.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
Inside Out Bars

Scale the bars from underneath working your way from the high end to the low end. You may find it best to hook your legs over the bars so they don't hit the ground. At the low end pass your body through the wide gap to get to the top of the bars so you can reach the next obstacle

Rock Hop

Scale the stepping stones from start to finish. You can skip stepping stones but be careful!

Up and Over

Climb up the face of the rock wall and down the other side.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
Pole Forest

Brace yourself against the poles to navigate from one end to the other.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
Field of Rings

Swing through the 3 rings from one end to the other.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
Jungle Bars

Navigate the uneven bars from one end to the other.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the launch pad and the next obstacle.
Rail Climb

Make your way up the rails. You can climb over the top with your arms and legs on each side, or use your upper body strength to push yourself across.
The Rules: Don't touch the ground between the start and the next obstacle.
