Karoo Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Rowville)

A 140m wide grassy square with a line of trees on three sides and a fence bordering Karoo Primary School on the east side. In the north east corner is a playground and there are plenty of shaded seats beside a gravel path which runs around the outside of the reserve. There is a thin strip of bushland next to the roads. No water tap or bin.
