Jordan Reserve Playground, Burton Street, Chadstone

For once the playground makes the nearby kindergarten look inferior - I wonder if the kids come out here to play? The highlight of the playground is a nice flying fox with disk seat. There is a compact wooden structure with wave slide, tunnel, shop front, ladder and climbing wall. This is connected to a spiders web rope climbing frame, horizontal net and hanging disks. Also swings, lotus leaf spinner with hand wheel, sandpit and stepping logs.

Right next to cricket ground but the kids are pretty safe unless Mitchell Marsh is batting. The playground was upgraded in 2014.

Jordan Reserve has a pavilion, oval, playground, and practice cricket nets. The tennis courts are available through the Bayview Tennis Club. The reserve also hosts the Chadstone Football Club and the Mt Waverley Uniting/Catholic Cricket Club.
