Jaycee Park Playground, Hugh King Drive, Mildura
The playground is located at the west end of Hugh King Drive and features a K class train engine (surrounded by a fence and access to the train is not allowed) in a lovely grassy area dotted with shady trees across the quiet road from the Murray River. The play equipment is very spread out across the park. The biggest structure is in the shape of a Pirate ship with a long ramp, dual wave slides, climbing mat wall, fun panels including the "Find you way to the hidden treasure" panel, plenty of steering wheels and binoculars, shop front, fireman's pole, speak and listen system, elevated balance beam and hanging chain with footholds. This area also has two spinners. There is a fenced area for young kids with a small maze with panels, tunnel, binoculars, musical instruments, abacus, shop front, chain traverse and a little cubby seat plus an echidna springer. There is a separate climbing structure with rope climbing frame and climbing wall, a standalone flying fox (quite long), springer, swings, smallish pyramid rope climbing frame, small slide and big donkey springer.
Plenty of shaded and unshaded tables, shelter with four tables, shelter with BBQs, shaded seats, toilets, water tap and even a hot water urn to make a cup of tea.
