Indoor Trampoline Centres in Melbourne
It is now possible to bounce your way across Melbourne's Trampoline centres. Dodge a ball in Seaford, spring into a foam pit in Altona, bounce like a kangaroo in Glen Iris or shoot a hoop while doing a super high jump at Rowville.
All the trampoline centres operate in a similar manner. You pay for a session (booking is recommended) and the session duration is typically one hour. The centres are usually based around a free jumping area, dodge-ball, trampolines with a foam pit at the end, trampolines for experienced jumpers and trampolines with basketball rings.
The prices are generally $18 for one hour and you need to buy grip socks which will cost an extra amount (around $3) but they can be re-used at the next visit. Some centres offer cheaper prices at off-peak hours.

South-East Melbourne's biggest indoor playcentre with connected trampolines, rock climbing walls, slam dunking lanes, a high ropes course, dodgeball court, Ninja Warrior course, arcades and a 4 storey toddler playground.
Flip Out Trampoline Arena (Box Hill South)
An adventure park specialising in active indoor fun with airbag, main arena with parkour, Ninja Warrior, Ninja play zone, climbing walls, kids soft play and kids area with parkour. In addition to general sessions there are programs and classes held.
Flip Out Trampoline Arena (Braybrook)
The centre has the following features: Main arena, Junior arena, Ninja warrior, Clip 'n climb, parkour, soft play, electric karts, party rooms and cafe.
Flip Out Trampoline Arena (Derrimut)
Has the following features: Huge main arena, kids arena (under 10) and foam pit. In addition to general sessions there are programs and classes held.

There is 1,400 square metres and has eight zones to jump around including free jump area, performance trampolines, Airdrop, Slam Dunk courts and harness trampolines.
