Station #1 is for warmup / cool down with achilles stretch, sit and reach, leg stretch, hamstring stretch, thigh stretch and trunk stretch.
Station #2 is for strengthening with vault bar, sit-up and push-up.
Station #3 is for strengthening with chin-up, step-up and body curl.
