H.L.T. Oulton Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Preston)
There are two ovals in the reserve, an upper oval and another oval down in a depression which might be best avoided when it is wet. The ovals are off lead except during times of organised sporting activities. There is a pavilion between the two ovals which has rubbish bins. Around the upper edges of the lower oval are bushes and trees to explore and at the eastern end of the oval is a grassy area and a small area of trees next to a busy road. The eastern side also has a large car park.
There are toilets (only open during events) and an unshaded table. I didn't manage to find a water tap.
