Hester Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Port Melbourne)

A garden bordered by a fence is next to the Light Rail line on the western side and Station Street runs along the eastern side without a fence. There is a gravel path down the middle and the area, 460 x 40m in size, is dotted with interesting trees. There are usually plenty of dogs to interact with.

As you approach the southern end near Graham Street Light Rail stop there are unshaded seats, bin and a water tap with bowl. This tap has a lovely mosaic base.

At the far south end there is a skate park under the Graham Street overpass. This area has some tables, water tap with bowl and bin.

There is also a bin at the northern end near Bridge Street. There are four reserves in a row; Hester Reserve, Smith Reserve, Howe Reserve and Page Reserve which are all dog off leash areas.
