Heritage Springs Linear Park Outdoor Gym (Pakenham)

The linear park fitness trail extends from the Pakenham Springs Primary School in a north westerly direction to Toomuc Creek for a distance of 1.5km.
The first station near the Pakenham Springs Primary School has a vault bar and leg lift. At Dutton Place there is a nice playground and just past this point (near Casey Court) there is a gym station with arched monkey bars and push up bars.
As you continue there is a Heritage Estate Pond which has a viewing seat, shelter with a table, BBQ and unshaded table. The trail then crosses Henry Lawson Drive and a gym station with balance walker.
The trail then crosses Livingston Boulevard where the main gym stations are located. Station #1 has an ab-hip swinger, cycle seat, butterfly press and Ezy Rider. Statiion #2 has a rowing machine, shoulder press / lat pull down, cross trainer and stepper.
Across from Lyrebird Avenue are chin-up bars and sit-up boards (2x). A bit further to the west is a playground and crossing Winneke Way, you reach Toomuc Creek where there is a shelter with tables.
