Furness Park Playground, Heath Street, Blackburn
Set amongst a lot of native trees with plenty of bird calls all around. Multi-level wooden structure of sufficient age to develop a nice patina - according to Antiques Roadshow experts anyway. Comprises two slides, walkway, ladder with square steps, fireman's pole, flying fox and steps. Two springers and swings. Water tap. Playground would get a lot of shade. Fairly close to a road but not much traffic.
