Halley Park Dog Off Leash Area (Bentleigh)

A big park with a playground on the southern side which has toilets, basketball court, shelter and outdoor gym.
The off-leash area is fairly limited in size and occupies the open grassed area at the western end of the park (closest to Ethel Street). The whole eastern side with lawns and gardens is on-leash. The area is dotted with trees for shade. There is a water tap without a bowl near the playground.
