Goldsworthy Reserve Playground, Delaware Street, Corio
A fantastic playground for climbers with nature play elements. At one end of a very spread out playground (which makes it difficult to track multiple kids) is a big rock with climbing holes cut into the rock, dual flying fox with disk seats and a massive double sided wooden wall with climbing holds.
In the middle is a big interesting wooden climbing structure with ladders, nets, scrambling wall and traverse. Further along is a mound with curved metal slide and three disks on springs.
At the end, which is for younger kids, there is a big sandpit with springers, balance logs, spinning disk, log stump balance course and water play area leading into the sandpit. There are five swings in the playground with some at each end.
When we visited, the toilet was being constructed and there was limited seating, no tables, BBQs or water tap in the playground.
