Gilpin Park Fenced Dog Park (Brunswick)

A decent sized area with double gates with bins, central dirt mounds, quite a few trees, and tree stumps. There was very little grass, mainly a wood mulch surface which created quite a barren and unwelcoming feel.

Quite a few seats and a water tap with bowl. A pond was created in one area after rain and this can be considered either a good or bad thing by dog owners.

An area was fenced off with separate entry gate for elderly or timid dogs and puppies.

The large park outside the fenced area is also off leash and more dogs were outside the fenced area than inside it which might say something about how appealing the fenced area was.
