Gardiners Creek Reserve Dog Off Leash Area (Burwood)
There are gravel paths lined with trees and big grassy patches to run around. Generally there is lots to explore in the predominantly bushland setting. There are lots of dogs and friendly doggy interactions are possible.
It is possible to go all the way from the Burwood Highway to Station Street which is a distance of about 1500m. Along the path on the east side of the creek you will find a shelter with BBQ and a shelter with two tables, bin and water tap with a bowl.
There is a path running beside the creek on both sides but the east side is more pleasant. There are only a few spots where it is easy to cross the creek.
On the west side there is a huge grassy area with a fenced playground on the side which has a rubbish bin nearby.
At the Station Street end there is a car park with three hour free parking. Access to the middle part of the reserve is via west end of Kilsyth Avenue.
