Nice structure with possibilities of traversing the length of the playground without touching the ground. There is a wave and curved slide, balance beam, horizontal traverse with semi-circles, hanging disks, monkey bars, steps, scrambling mats, shop front, abacus, ladders, disks on vertical poles, chain bridge, various walkways and tunnels, stepping stones, horizontal bars and flying fox. Also swings.
Lovely elegant rotunda and park entrance. BBQs, shaded tables and seats. Water tap. Nice large tree which is close to the ground for climbing. The playground is covered by shade sails plus there is some shade from the trees.
Access for Dogs:
Gardenvale Park is an on-leash area, which means you must keep your dog on-leash at all times.
