Frankston Hockey Club is an all inclusive and family friendly club servicing the greater Frankston City and the Mornington Peninsula. We pride ourselves on upholding traditional and modern hockey values.
Frankston caters for players of all ages and skill level, with top level senior mens and womens teams as well as junior teams from under 10 to under 16 age groups.
Womens Hockey - The Frankston Hockey Club caters for players of all age groups and skill levels. We field teams in several competitions which provides flexibility for players. All Monday night matches are played at the Peninsula Hockey Centre and provide a social option for those who are unable to commit to the weekend competition. We have a strong junior development program which encourages players to attend senior training to build confidence and prepare them mentally and physically for progression to seniors. The women have an experienced leadership group which supports junior players through this transition.
Mens Hockey - The Frankston Hockey Club fields several Mens teams in varying competition levels providing flexibility for players who wish to compete in Vic League or Metro Hockey. We have a strong junior development program which encourages players to attend senior training to build confidence and prepare them mentally and physically for progression to seniors. Our Mens group has an experienced leadership group which supports junior and existing seniors players through their hockey journey.
Junior Hockey - Junior Hockey is a great way to get children of all ages involved in regular physical activity and develop social skills within a fun and supportive environment. Our junior program starts with 'Hook into Hockey' and runs through to Under 16s, allowing players of all ages and skill levels to join in and form friendships that will last a lifetime.
Veterans Hockey - Veterans, otherwise known as 'Masters', is a competition designed for players who wish to scale back their weekend hockey commitments but still play competitive and social hockey. Our Masters has experienced great success over the summer and winter competitions with some players participating in both the Masters and regular weekend competitions. Players are eligible for Masters from the age of 35 onward.
