Footscray Park Playground, Ballarat Road, Footscray
Located near the eastern end of the huge Footscray Park and depending on where you can park it could be a very long walk. There are two separate areas about 50m apart.
One area has a long structure with dual slides, ladder with square rungs, steering wheel, inclined bridge, single chain traverse, monkey rungs, balance beam with obstacles, rope spiders web climbing frame, fireman's pole, ladder, scrambling wall and single wave slide. Also swings. This area has an unshaded table and water tap.
The other area has a big atom shaped rope climbing frame, truck springer with two steering wheels, birds nest swing and sandpit. There is another table here and close-by are toilets. Beside the river are BBQs, shelter and tables.
There are three gym stations located in Footscray Park beside the Maribyrnong River, in the middle and eastern part of the park.
