There are three gym stations located in Footscray Park beside the Maribyrnong River, in the middle and eastern part of the park.
Station #1 at the eastern end, 100m from the bridge where Ballarat Road crosses the river, has an Ezy Rider, Ab Hip Swinger (x2) and cycle seat.
Station #2, further to the west, has a shoulder press / lat pull down (x2), cross trainer and rowing machine.
Station #3, near the main playground, has a butterfly press, Ab Cruncher and chin-ups and stepper and body twist. There is a water tap and toilets nearby.
