Firecrest Way Playground, Cranbourne South
A beautifully landscaped area with lots of native vegetation which is dotted with tall posts with bird boxes for nesting. Given the lack of play equipment, maybe birds and garden enthusiasts are getting better catered for than kids.
A highlight is an elevated metal bubble reached by spiral stairs with a very twisty slide. Also a spinning carousel, log steppers, hammock and row of music of flowers to hit a clanger against.
Unshaded seats and a grassy area.
