Station #1 has an aerobic cycle, body twist
Station #2 has leg raises/pullups, body pulls/push-ups, sit up bench
Station #3 has an elliptical trainer, shoulder mobility wheel
Station #4 has pull downs, leg press, chest press.
There's paid parking at at Emerald Park Lake.
