Eddington - Three Bridges Waterhole

Eddington - Three Bridges Waterhole

Three Bridges is a picturesque multi-level natural pool on the Loddon River.

The natural rock pool on the north side of the bridge is perfect for a refreshing dip. The careful placement of stones around the pool creates a spa-like feel, inviting you to relax and soak in the natural surroundings. It's a lovely for a family picnic with a scenic backdrop.

There are also some swimming areas on the other side of the bridge. There are no facilities here.

Three Bridges is situated on the outskirts of Eddington. To reach the waterhole

  • From the Bendigo-Maryborough Road in Eddington
  • Turn right onto Eddington Road
  • Diverge slightly right onto Baringhup-Eddington Road
  • Turn right onto Back Eddington Road (gravel). After 400m you will reach Three Bridges

When we visited the water flow was quite high, but the stones walls are more defined at lower water levels.
