Take a 30 minute road trip from Echuca to Torrumbarry Weir and enjoy a picnic lunch in the large garden area before exploring the natural surrounds.

Head to the riverside picnic spot in Campaspe Street - look for the platypus wood carving! There's shady trees, lawn area to spread out and picnic tables available. On the opposite side of the bridge to this there is also a great picnic spot. Or wander along the river track and check out the many spots along there with picnic tables scattered along the walk.
