Dunns Road Reserve Playground, Dunns Road, Mount Martha
A beautifully crafted playground with a barnyard theme. The yard has a large red tractor, apple crate structure with a number of levels, tunnels and slide, see-saw and horse springers. There is a large pyramid rope climbing frame surrounded by a line of equipment with monkey bars, chain traverse, stepping stones, log roll and horizontal bars. There is a wooden cubby with sheep outside grazing on the grass plus four swings including one with a harness.
Next to the playground is a very large shelter with tables and BBQs. There are lovely features scattered about the playground including old wooden fences. Also has all the mod cons like toilet and water tap.
Located at the top of the hill with a huge grassy expanse stretching below which includes a circular gravel path with fitness equipment located at regular intervals. There is a large fenced area for off leash dogs (Fido Park) with plenty of doggy obstacles. Three stumps are well carved along the path from the car park area and at the entrance.
