Duncan MacKinnon Reserve Playground, Cnr Murrumbeena Road and Crosbie Road, Murrumbeena
This playground is green and eco friendly. A climbing area of green net ropes, monkey bars, monkey rungs and green wave slide which connects to a low structure with green curved slide, shop front, 'Find the Pairs' panel and steps. Also a frog springer, stepper trail, four person see-saw, birds nest swing and two standard swings.
Two shelters with one table each and water tap. A gym circuit has some equipment near the playground. There is a toilet on the eastern side of the oval.
The reserve has an outdoor gym, 10 competition netball courts, an IAAF compliant Athletics Track which is open for community use when it is not booked and a 1,200 metre walking track around the outside of the reserve.
Access for Dogs:
- The sportsgrounds at Duncan Mackinnon Reserve are designated dog off-leash areas.
- The netball courts, athletics track, car park and playground area are dog on-leash areas.
