Doongala Adult Riding Club (Montrose)
Doongala Adult Riding Club is a friendly club and share the pony club grounds in Sheffield Road, Montrose.
Note: If you are travelling to our grounds please ignore your Satnav. From Liverpool Road turn into Pavitts Lane, then left into Sheffield Road, the grounds are approximately 150m on your right.
The club holds its rallies on the 1st Saturday of each month at the Doongala Pony Club grounds in Sheffield Road, Kilsyth South, (except for January which is normally held on the 2nd Saturday). We cater for dressage, show-jumping, cross country and trail riding; the Dandenong Ranges National Park and its riding trails back on to our grounds. We have a huge all-weather arena, yards for the horses and plenty of space for floats and cars. We also organise specialised clinics in dressage and jumping as required by members.
You must be 18 years of age or over to be eligible to join the Doongala Adult Riding Club. Doongala is affiliated with the HRCAV (Horse Riding Clubs Association of Victoria).
