Djerring Trail, Cosy Gum Road Outdoor Gym (Carnegie)

The gym is designed for stretching, warm ups and upper and lower body workouts, with some elements suited for seniors.

On the west side is a basketball court with basketball and netball rings and markings for some games like foursquare and hopscotch. To reduce noise for neighbours the use of the courts should be restricted to 7am-9pm on weekdays and 8am-9pm on weekends.

There's a seniors exercise area with body twist, bridge with plank steps, rope bridge and step up. On the east side is a gym with parallel bars, balance beam and hand movement equipment.



There's an oval shaped running area with markings inside for movement exercises. There are unshaded seats and unshaded table.
