Dendy Park Outdoor Gym (Brighton East)

There is a circuit with exercise equipment located around the central playing fields. In the north east corner, along Cummins Road, there is a double sided station with leg press and body pulls / push-ups.

In the south east corner, along Cummins Road, is a double sided station with elliptical trainer and chest press.

In the south central area of the fields there is a double station with sit-up bench and body twist. This is near a basic playground with facilities such as a shelter with tables, BBQ, toilets, bin and water tap without a bowl. Close by is another shelter with tables, BBQ and water tap with bowl.

In the south west corner is a double sided station with step up unit and leg raises / pull-ups.

In the north west, just south of a playground with shade sails and toilets, is another double sided station with aerobic cycle and pull downs. On the other side of the playground is another station with stretch station and sit-up bench.
