The best access is from Springwood Close which is on the south side where there is a basic playground located above the Mullum Mullum Creek Linear Park Trail.
There are grassy areas, with quite long grass, and coupled with warning signs about the presence of snakes, suggests to me that there are better places to bring your dog for a play.
About 150m from the playground the trail crosses Baradine Terrace where there is a bin. Watch out for cyclists along the trail. The trail markers show a yellow circle around a dog symbol but I'm not sure what that means.
