There are four stations located around the perimeter of a grassy play area with AFL/rugby goalposts next to a playground.
Station #1 has pendulum swings (2x), lat pulldown and chest press. Station #2 has an elliptical trainer and leg stretch. Station #3 has a Fit rider and sit-up bench. Station #4 has a rowing machine and sky runner.
