Croydon Bowling Club

Croydon Bowling Club offers playing and social members. The club also offers barefoot bowls and events.

Be part of the winning team at the Croydon Bowling Club. The two club greens (one grass and the other artificial) enable year-round outdoor bowling with pennant teams in the Bowls Victoria men and ladies competitions. In addition, carpet bowls are staged in winter. In the warmer months, electric light bowls is played with both competition and social events staged.

Our objective is to provide community facilities to enable the residents of Croydon and surrounding areas to play lawn bowls; to permit community participation in various other social activities afforded by the amenities of the club rooms; and to continue to grow and develop these facilities and activities for the community benefit.

Membership inquiries are always welcome, both experienced bowlers and newcomers, for whom free tuition is available.

Croydon has licensed modern clubrooms equipped with a spacious kitchen and capable of seating up to 200 people. With a polished timber floor suitable for dancing, this is a great venue for both bowls and that special function.
