Croydon Athletics Track
The Croydon Athletics Track is located at Town Park in Croydon.
It is a base for Little Athletics an there are six clubs based at the Croydon Little Athletics Centre. They are Blue Thunder Little Athletics Club, Comets Little Athletics Club, Demons Little Athletics Club, Gazelles Little Athletics Club, Phoenix Little Athletics Club and Redbacks Little Athletics Club. The reserve is also home to Croydon Athletics Club and Victorian Masters Athletics Club.
The track is managed by the Maroondah City Council and is available to the public when not being used by clubs or for competitions.
The park, in addition to the athletics track, has the Fred Geale pavilion, Keystone Hall, public toilets, playground and half basketball court. The public toilets are external to Keystone Hall and are open from 7am to 7pm (9pm during Daylight Savings).
The 400m synthetic track has 8 lanes in both the circular and straight sections.
There are long jump pits (2x), high jump fans (1x), discus circles (1x), shot put circles (3x) and javelin runways (1x).
