Ronnie and Kerry established Cristy's Spit Roast Professionals in 1992, and have been catering for every type of function. We are always happy and qualified to give you free advice on planning your function as we have catered for over 10,000 functions serving over 1,000,000 guests.
With our experience, you know that we will always buy the best quality produce fresh from the market, bread baked on same day from the bakery, and the best cuts of meat from the butcher.
We cater for formal and informal functions, whether it is a last minute planning or has been planned months in advance.

Options include:
Spit Roast Menu: We set up our buffet of delicious meats and salads on trestle tables you provide. Our staff carve the hot meats into trays so your guests can select the meats, salads and condiments of their choice. When everyone has had plenty to eat, we clear the mains and set out the desserts in bowls with spoons for you to select your own sweets. We then pack up and leave you to enjoy your party!
Seated Spit Roast Menu: For the more formal occasions we will bring the buffet to your guests' table.
Entree & Finger Food:Easy to eat food.
