Creswick BMX Track
A great bitumen track where four lines - easy (green), more difficult (blue), very difficult (black) and extremely difficult (double black) join at the end.
The extremely difficult line has a curved wooden section (which was blocked off pending repairs when we visited).
The reserve which is the trailhead for the mountain bike trail network (which will be completed in late 2024) also has a pump track, bike skills area, bike repair station, bike wash station and playground.
The skills area has some gravel paths with some obstacles e.g. banks, log across the path and some little jumps.
There are some shade sails with a seat and water tap.
The track is located within walking distance of the town centre and is accessible by train or bus.
The Hammon Park pump track is the first stage of the Creswick Trails Project which will see the creation of a 60 kilometre purpose-built mountain bike trail network.
