Columbia Park Dog Off Leash Area (Wheelers Hill)

A very large park which has an oval on the west side and a big grassy area on the east side which has a playground. There are areas with clumps of trees all over the park. A new pavilion was being developed when we visited which will have a toilet. There are bins in the south east corner of the oval and near the pavilion but no water tap.
