Cohuna Golf Course
Cohuna Golf Course is the home course of Australian professional golfer Stuart Appleby and has been carved out of the Gunbower forest along the banks of the Gunbower Creek, a major tributary of the Murray River.
Originally sand, the Murray River Golf Course at Cohuna was transformed to grass greens in the 1970's. Well treed, the course comprises 18 manicured holes uniquely situated on Australia's largest inland island. Kangaroos and Murray River bird life share these renowned fairways amongst the tall red gum and box forest trees.
The course is 18 holes, Par 72, ACR 70.1, 5947m.
