Clayton Reserve has a large fenced-off dog park on the fringe of Melbourne CBD with plenty of room to run around. The park is in the shape of a triangle and each side is about 130m.
The park has lovely green grassy areas with a central gravel triangle with three seats. There are also bench seats scattered about on the edges of the park.
In the south west corner is a water tap with dog dish, seat, bin for used doggy bags and a box with sand and buckets for replacement of divots caused by digging dogs.
This is a very nice spot to let inner city dogs run free. There are always plenty of dogs to socialise with.
