City (Riverslide) Skatepark

Large all concrete skate park located near the Yarra River with big box and big ledges, heaps of blocks, quarters and more. Riverside replaced the now closed Sailyards/Civic Skatepark and is Melbourne City Council's main skate facility.

The Riverside skate park features an 1800sqm skating surface and is the largest of its kind in the inner city. It is the only skate park in Victoria which is free and fully staffed. Designed by skaters, for skaters, it has a range of surfaces from ledges, banks, pipes and much more. There is something for all ages and all abilities. With a skate shop, cafe, skate lessons, Riverslide skate park has all the facilities you need to skate, spectate or relax.

Located in Alexandra Gardens on the southern bank of the Yarra River.
